•I grew up in a single parent household, my mom coming from a whole different country, not knowing English was a challenge growing up. For most of my childhood my mom was undocumented, when she was finally able to become a US resident we lived in Mexico for nine years, for nine years I would wake up at 3am to cross the border and make it to school in time (It's crazy to think I crossed to a whole different country everyday lol) During all those years I maintained 4.0 GPA and took college level classes while in high school....
